We believe medicine belongs in the hands of those who practice it. Through clarity, education, and community, we provide the foundation physicians need to lead with confidence.
Where It Started
LedgerHealth was founded by physicians who recognized a growing gap in independent medicine. While doctors were clinically exceptional, many were forced to navigate complex financial and operational challenges without a structured framework built specifically for their profession.
Bookkeeping alone was not enough. Physicians needed financial clarity, strategic progression, and a community aligned around independence. What began as specialized financial support evolved into the LedgerHealth Society, a membership-driven movement designed to guide physicians from foundational stability to long-term leadership.
LedgerHealth exists not only to manage numbers, but to build resilient practices that can endure and grow in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.

Flavia is LedgerHealth’s Member Coordinator, keeping onboarding, document collection, and follow-ups organized so everything runs smoothly. With a background in teaching, she brings calm structure, kindness, and a genuine commitment to each member’s success.
Richard Lee
Richard is a full-time bookkeeper, handling day-to-day bookkeeping needs with a systematic approach. He has a background in computer science and a people-first style which gives our members confidence in their numbers.
