The Financial Pathway
At the center of membership is the Financial Pathway – a structured progression guiding physicians from foundational financial clarity to long-term leadership. Members advance through four tiers: Intern, Resident, Fellow, and Attending. Each level represents measurable growth in financial literacy, discipline, strategy, and stewardship.
Advancement is formally recognized at the annual LedgerHealth Retreat.

Member Coordinator
Ensures information integrity across your financial ecosystem. The Member Coordinator maintains system connections, monitors data flow, and ensures nothing is missed across accounts, platforms, and reporting cycles.
Member Bookkeeper
Maintains the accuracy of your monthly financial records. Every transaction is categorized, reconciled, and documented to meet the standards required for Financial Pathway progression.
Member Financial Partner
Works with you to interpret reports, identify trends, highlight risks, and guide informed business decisions. This role bridges raw data with strategic insight.
